Please find below a table which shows the different stages of our order process, as well as the essential documents.
Stage I : Order
Please return the following documents* by fax 0044 845 280 2999 or by email info@acg-business.com :
- The signed price proposal marked "Duly approved".
- One copy of the Identity Cards or Passports of the administrators and shareholders.
- One copy of proof of residence of at least three months for the administrators and shareholders.
- Company name within the context of a company order.
* The formation of a company in certain jurisdictions requires additional documents.
Stage II : Verification
Check the availability of the name and reserve it for a maximum of 72 hours.
Stage III : Payement
Once your documents are received and the name has been reserved we will notify you of our bank details.
Stage IV : Incorporation
On receipt of the proof of money transfer by fax 0044 845 280 2999 or email info@acg-business.com , the process of incorporating your company will be started immediately.
Stage V : Company
Electronic copies of your company's documents will be sent via email within 24 to 72 hours*, accompanied by the bank documents which need to be completed and returned directly to the bank.

This delay can vary depending on the jurisdiction of incorporation.
Stage VI : Banking introduction
The bank forms must be sent directly to the banks accompanied by the:
- Certified copies of identity cards or passports of the administrators or shareholders
- Certified copies of proof of residence of at least three months for the administrators and shareholders
Your company's originals are sent directly to the bank by our offices, the bank will return them to you once the account is opened*.
* This process must be verified with your consultant depending on the jurisdiction and the bank.
