A. REGISTRATION It is mandatory for a Cypriot company to be created by a lawyer. Our lawyers are responsible for this procedure. B. COMPANY NAME You should choose your company name in the first instance. In order to simplify this choice we have, alternatively, names "in stock", of course, you may change these pre-selected names at a later date. Illusory names or names which are too general or suggestive (royal, national or international) will not be accepted if they cannot be verified. In order to reduce uncertainty we ask that you supply several names. Every company name will end with Limited (Ltd).  C. COMPANY ACTIVITIES You will be asked to specify your company's activity (Trading, consulting, holding,...). There is no limit to the number of activities that the company can exercise. D. REGISTERED OFFICE It is mandatory for all companies to have a registered office, we can supply this service. E. COMPANY CAPITAL The minimum capital for a company is 1,000 CYP (+/- 1,750 Euros). This capital has already been deposited by our company so that you do not have to worry about doing it. F. DIRECTORS (ADMINISTRATOR) A Cypriot company requires a minimum of one director, we can offer the service of nominee director if you so require, which will guarantee additional confidentiality. It must be noted that only a majority of directors of Cypriot nationality proves that the management of the company is actually carried out in Cyprus. G. SECRETARY It is mandatory for every company to nominate a secretary; however, they do not especially have to be a Cypriot or a resident of Cyprus. We can also offer this service.
